Hotel a Garden Prairie

“This is our go to hotel in the Huntley area. The only reason for 4 stars is that I always need a pool. Their pool is cold. Uncomfortably cold. I did ask 2 times for them to turn it up, it stayed cold. The staff is great, the room very nice, clean, The staff offered towels on the off days. The beds are memory foam. I would like a firmer mattress. The breakfast is typical for hotels. Parking is good. Area is safe. Lots of restaurants & shopping close by.”

“Classico molte americano dove parcheggi davanti alla porta. Economico e pulito (ma con il classico odore della moquette che non viene cambiata da anni). Se dovete solo dormire, siete di passaggio e trovate una buona tariffa va bene. ”

“A wonderful family-friendly experience with such kind hosts. They have some ducks that wonder the property and had left lettuce out for use to feed them. The continental breakfast was perfect with warm fresh from scratch muffins in the morning. I would 100% recommend!”

“Breakfast is included???? Only waffles. Coffee??? Bad quality. Rooms okay. Bathroom not the best. Only stay for one night and check out”

“Nice clean room. Spacious. Had all the needs of a traveler needed for us. Was close to the church we were going while traveling. Good location and reasonable priced.”

“You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. “Second stay at this property. Very convenient to sports fields and very accommodating staff. Plus easy parking and decent breakfast options.”

“Rooms old & outdated. Carpet in room was very dirty & worn out. Refrigerator unplugged & very stale smelling when opened. Water was yellowish/rust colored when attempted to use in bathtub. Marijuana smell when AC unit turned on..”

“When we arrived there was aplumbing issue and they couldn't rent the room and offered NO assistance in finding another room. We were left with no room and sleeping in the car. The issue was with using EXPEDIA. WE WONT USE THEM AGAIN.”

“This is not a hotel for family or relax, lots of noise at night time, we have music and a lot of different noises too like 3 AM,, we call from decks and didn't do absolutely nothing, I won't recommend this hotel”

“it states there is a kitchen, but threre is nothing in there. no dishes, pans, silverware. BUT you can buy all it from them.. Also there were no cold water. You take out your garbage to the outside bin, and You change your sheets, take them down to lobby and get a clean pair and change your bed yourself. Staff was nie and friendly.”
